    3. I also would like to introduce the Whole foods power cookies to everyone!
We can get a lot of nutrition and contents from the cookies.
If we bought the cookies at the Whole foods that aren't cheap. I found the recipe that is so easy to make.
      Here is the recipe!

    5. Hi! Mami and classmate

Fortunately, my gout almost gone and now I can walk without limping.
Then I strongly think about my health now.

Honestly, my food intake's balance which Stuart provided the chart and we filled it out was really biased.
Two categories which is "Vegetables and Fruit" and "Milk and Alternatives" are lacking for me.
There are few Japanese who can drink just milk due to not have ferment to digest it.
Actually, I don't drink milk as well, but if it is smoothie, I may be able to try it.

Another problem is what vegetables and fruit are very expensive in Canada.
Before coming to Canada, I thought that Canada have(had?) big prairie and there are(were?) plenty vagetables and fruit.
However maybe for transportation issue, the prices are extremely expensive than I imaged.
If it is organic one, I can't afford to buy it.
Anyway for smoothies, I can use un-standard ones which are cheap.
That will help me (to) buy them.

Thus I intend to make fruit smoothies for making up vegetables/fruit and milk.

Thank you so much for sharing us an information.

      Ken

      To Stuart

I am confusing the grammar which indicated below.

      1. Time tense adjustment which I surrounded by parenthesis in the middle.
      2. Infinitive special rule which can omit "to".

  2. One banana, 30 gr. of cheese (in preference of course French cheeses, svp), 50 gr. nuts (any nuts ig.: pistachos, walnuts, almonds... whatever) and one glass of "Pernod Anise and Ricard Pastis" keep the toubib (tabīb = doctor) away.
Anyway this is an article I've just seen 3 days ago:

  3. Hi everyone! This is Phoebe
I like to introduce one snake I liked very much. It's called Longan Cake.
click here to see the picture
The ingredients of longan cake are:
    Dried longan
    Dark brown sugar
    Butter
    salt
    egg
    cake flour (soft flour)
    baking powder
    milk
    walnut
    honey
I think it is a healthy snake because longan cake include all of the four food groups.

  7. Hi! This is Ken.
Thank you so much for sharing wonderful atmosphere every night.

Honestly I have gout now and am taking off shoes in the classroom
    because of its throbbing pain.
This month's theme helps for me to be healthy.
I have to change my life style now.

But, but I ate Tacos(99C) in Tacobell in this morning and
ate KFC Tuesday Twoony($2.99) for lunch.
    OMG!
    What weak my will is!
I know everyone who will try to diet has excuses.
I had better to situate far from those fast food restaurant.

Anyway for our homework, my favorite snack which contains
2 of 4 food group that dietitian suggested in the newspaper
    is fake chicken nugget.

Ingredient are below. (Quantity is depend on portion)
    Cracker
    Can of light flaked tuna
    Egg
    Oil(for Bake)

    For making it,
    1. Crush crackers to very small and put in a bowl

    2. Open a light tuna can and put in the bowl.

    3. Crack egg(s) and mix them up.

    4. Turn on the pan and pit in oil.

    5. Form 5cm diameter of small putty using by spoon
    and place on the pan.

    6. flip over when it became golden colour.

    7. You can eat

It can use salt from cracker, so we don't need to season.
Then taste seem to chicken nugget.

Should you have any questions about it, please feel to free to ask me.

    See you soon!

    Ken

  8. For our home work, I've just reviewed above article.

There are some suggestions by registered dietitian of Canada, and the most important tip which I thought is
to buy small portions and not to eat directly.

The reason why I choose is appropriate amount of foods are important for our health, but if it is too much, it will be worse.
Actually, lots of supermarkets are making traps for us to buy a lots due to manipulate big portions discount.
We have to have brave to refuse those tempts.
